Former Scotland Captain and British Lion Rob Wainwright provided entertainment and night to remember at the 2023 Charity Club Dinner and Awards Night.

Earlier in the day the club hosted the Mini and Midi awards followed by an exciting and well matched President's Rugby match. Although the President's team were ahead for most of the game, youth won over experience and the XV team came through winners.

An excellent dinner was provided by the in house team at Fintry Sports Centre followed by the club awards. The following individuals were the recipients of the annual awards presented by Rob Wainwright:

Jame Houghton - 2023 Best Player of the Year

President's Annual Match Award- Duncan MacEachern (Captain), Stevie Taylor (Vice Captain)

The room were then entertained by our speaker for the evening Rob Wainwright who provided great insight to his experiences on the British Lions tour to South Africa and also took a Q & A session which everyone thoroughly enjoyed.

The proceeds for the President's day and evening will be going towards the Doddie MND Foundation.
